Pacific's campus was invaded by visigoths this weekend as Harvest Films Inc. set up shop to shoot a new commercial for Capital One, a bank holding company specializing in credit cards, loans, banking, and savings products. The film crew was looking for a traditional college campus, with the idea of the small, northeast ivy league in mind. The production team looked at a few other campuses in the area, including Linfield and George Fox, but when they saw Pacific, they agreed that the variety of locations would suit their needs. The shoot was scheduled only two weeks prior thanks to Pacific's flexible and was kept quiet to maintain exclusivity. Most of the crew were locals, from Portland and no Pacific students were used as extras.
