College newspapers a must, despite struggling field

There's been a lot of talk in the upper echelons of Pacific society, lately, about spending. We all understand that during difficult financial times, people need to make budget changes in order to save a little dough to pay for the things that matter. As a recent Pacific graduate, I understand this point as well as anyone, with mounting bills, and a low-paying job in a recession that feels like its getting worse instead of better.
